Overview

Amisha is an experienced Solicitor and has successfully assisted clients in defeating applications by Social Services to remove the child(ren) from the parents. She has also worked on securing Injunctions and Occupation Orders against violent partners, obtaining Shared Residence Orders and Specific Issue Orders enabling relocation out of England and Wales. Amisha has experience in divorce and matrimonial financial matters.

Background

Amisha graduated from the University of London in 1999 with a 2.1 and went on to complete her Legal Practice course at the College of Law London. Having joined the firm in 2003 as a trainee, she qualified as a Solicitor in April 2005.

Although she’s experienced in all aspects of matrimonial relationship breakdown, Amisha specialises in care proceedings, representing parents in situations where Social Services have started Court proceedings to have a child removed.

Amisha also works extensively in assisting domestic violence cases and has forged close and long-lasting relationships with local domestic violence organisations.
