Caryn Nathan qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and is now head of the Residential Conveyancing team. She has experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale, purchase, new build, equity release, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, auction, voluntary lease extensions and shared ownership schemes. She deals with both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Caryn’s portfolio of clients includes first-time buyers, businesses and high-net-worth individuals. She recognises that buying or selling a home can be very stressful and so works very closely with all clients to keep them informed at every stage of the conveyancing process.
She will provide advice in a clear, straightforward way, so clients can proceed with certainty and peace of mind. Caryn aims to provide excellent customer service and will work closely with clients and estate agents to make the move as smooth as possible.
In her spare time Caryn likes cooking, going to the theatre, the arts and spending time with her family.
