Peter is the Senior Partner of Sweetman Burke & Sinker. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and has over 20 years of general civil litigation experience. More recently he has specialised in housing disputes, homelessness and financial disputes between unmarried partners. He also undertakes contested probate litigation.
Peter is the head of our Housing department. He advises and represents clients facing possession proceedings or homelessness. He also represents tenants facing illegal eviction, harassment or having to live in sub-standard conditions.
Peter is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association and a voluntary legal adviser at Brentford County Court.
